Introduction

Welcome to MRY88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and MRY88 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mry88.cam ("the Platform").

These Terms govern your access to and use of all services provided through the MRY88 Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, lottery products, promotional offers, and customer support services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the MRY88 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Player Account" or "Account" means the registered account held by an eligible player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by MRY88 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process MRY88 is required to conduct prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Malaysian Payment Methods" means the local payment services accepted by MRY88, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.
• "Void Bet" means a wager that has been cancelled and the stake returned to the Player Account without settlement.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the suite of player protection features offered by MRY88, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a Player Account on MRY88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. MRY88 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gaming and betting activities on the Platform.
2. You must be the legal owner of the payment method(s) used to fund your Account.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
4. You must not be a current or former employee of MRY88, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or associated entities, nor a close family member of any such employee.
5. You must not have been subject to a prior account suspension or termination by MRY88 for breach of these Terms.
6. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
7. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register a Player Account, you must complete the MRY88 registration process accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. All information submitted must be accurate, current, and consistent with your official identity documents.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Player Account on the MRY88 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. MRY88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. MRY88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised activity, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.

4.4 KYC Verification

MRY88 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawals and upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Players must submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access pending verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

MRY88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank (Maybank2u), CIMB (CIMB Clicks), Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks).

5.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit on MRY88 is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the name of the registered Player. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source with applicable processing fees deducted.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; and direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. Processing times are indicative and may vary based on payment network conditions. MRY88 does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to processing all approved withdrawal requests promptly.

5.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) your KYC verification must be complete; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your current withdrawal limit for the applicable period; and (d) your Account must be in good standing with no active security holds or investigations.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

MRY88 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into a Player Account. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of AML due diligence procedures.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives offered by MRY88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. A wagering requirement — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x) — must be completed using eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated on each promotional offer page.

6.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players registering their first account on MRY88. A player may claim only one (1) welcome bonus package. Abuse of welcome bonus offers — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6.4 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

MRY88 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Patterns including low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds with minimal variance, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and exploitation of technical errors will result in the voiding of the relevant bonus and associated winnings and, where appropriate, account suspension.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

MRY88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or event manipulation, or where the wager would result in a payout exceeding applicable limits.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, event, and player account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of placing each wager. MRY88 reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any account without prior notice.

7.3 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, and UFC events — are subject to MRY88's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with standard industry practice applicable to that sport and competition.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sporting event, MRY88 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Player Account. MRY88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from interrupted connectivity, server downtime, or software errors beyond our reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MRY88 Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one Player Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction via VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention tools.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing MRY88 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

MRY88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct, void all wagers and bonuses associated with that Account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the MRY88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and audio-visual material — is the intellectual property of MRY88 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of any Platform content without the prior written consent of MRY88.

Privacy & Data

MRY88 is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered players. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data by MRY88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. MRY88 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Responsible Gambling

MRY88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MRY88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

In all circumstances where MRY88's liability cannot be excluded entirely, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Player Account at any time by contacting MRY88 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after satisfaction of all wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

13.2 Termination by MRY88

MRY88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) MRY88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) the player has provided false or fraudulent information; or (d) MRY88 reasonably suspects the account is being used for money laundering or other criminal activity.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, MRY88 reserves the right to void all pending and unsettled bets, forfeit all bonus funds, and withhold any balance pending full investigation. Any real-money balance confirmed as legitimately earned following investigation will be returned less any applicable fees.

Amendments to These Terms

MRY88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, MRY88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through MRY88's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

MRY88 operates the Platform for an international audience, including players in Malaysia. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law or under the laws of any other jurisdiction in which you reside, where those rights cannot be excluded by contract.
